Monod is a graduate from U Vic with a B.F.A. Honours and also attended the Pilchuck Glass School.

2018 Open International Juried Online Exhibition – Society of Canadian Artists

Tina Monod, Ontario, March 15, 2018 – I am pleased to be showing my art in the Society of Canadian Artists 2018 Open International Juried Online Exhibition. This online show runs from March 15 to June 15, 2018. Two of my paintings “Pure Magic” and “Mystic Cradles” from Banff National Park are in this SCA international online art exhibition and may be viewed digitally from their website. Both artworks from the art series “Sentimental Journeys” are available for purchase via the Society of Canadian Artists website. Any art that you purchase here, gives a percentage to the Society of Canadian Artists and supports the artist.

Big thanks to all the international artists; jurors Joyce Millar, Mary-Beth Laviolette and Josy Britton; and the Society of Canadian Artists! This showing of 289 works of art is a great accomplishment!

McLean Community Centre, 6th Annual Group Art Exhibition

Tina Monod, Ontario, January 8, 2018. I am happy to be sharing my art in the 6th Annual Exhibition of Allan’s Artists. Once again Allan’s Artists are showing their art in the spacious McLean Community Centre halls. Thanks to Allan O’Marra each of the artists were featured in the local news. His artist profiles may be seen in the local Durham Region News, covering the time of 2008 to 2016.

Opening Reception for this event will be Friday, January 12th, 7-9 pm at the McLean Community Centre, Town of Ajax. Show runs from January 8th to February 12th, 2018. Come out and bring a friend! Join us for an evening of community spirit.
